Hotel Policies

• Check-in/Check-out:
• Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

Currency:

• All charges are in USD ($).

Extra Guest Fees:

• Extra Adults (3rd & 4th occupant): $20.00 per night, plus tax.
• Extra Children (3rd & 4th occupant): $10.00 per night, plus tax.

Cancellation Policy:

• We have a 3-day cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 12:00 PM (noon), 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
• If you cancel or modify past the expiration of the cancellation period, or fail to show up, a charge of 100% of one full night, plus tax will be levied on your credit card.
• Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified. The total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
• Once checked in, no cancellations are permitted.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of $150.00 must be paid on arrival via credit card. This will be returned in full at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
• Any damages to hotel property will be charged a fee upon assessment.
• The hotel will place a hold on your credit card for the security deposit. The hotel does not accept cash for the security deposit.

Resort Fee:

• South Beach is a destination location, and the City of Miami Beach collects location fees on guest stays. Resort fees will be collected by the hotel at check-in.

Smoking Policy:

• The Majestic Hotel is entirely Non-Smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
• If smoking occurs in a guest room or common areas, a cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's credit card.

Pet Policy:

• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• ADA-defined service animals are welcome.
• Evidence of pet dander/hair, odor, and/or damages in guest rooms will result in a non-refundable deep cleaning fee and any damages will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.

Rates and Extra Charges:

• Room rate are based on an occupancy of two (2) people per room. The extra person fee for the 3rd and 4th Adults is $20 per person, per night. The extra person fee for 3rd and fourth children is $10 per person, per night. 
• Breakfast rates and promotions are based on double occupancy. Charges will apply for additional guests.

Guest Parking:

• Public parking is available nearby (fees apply).
• Valet parking is available for $39 per day.
• Linens and Property:
• All linens are inventoried. Missing or damaged linens will be charged to the guest's account.
• Any damages to hotel fixtures and equipment, including but not limited to televisions, coffee makers, and other in-room amenities, will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Reservation Modifications:

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or if the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.
• An early departure/cancellation fee equal to one room night plus applicable taxes will be charged to guests leaving earlier than the confirmed check-out date. This fee is in addition to any nights the guest has already used the guest room.
• There are no refunds on Non-refundable booked room reservations.

Noise Policy:

• Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.

Liability:

• The property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The hotel is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
• In the event of any accident, injury, or other serious incident during your stay, the hotel will require a police report and an investigation. Written notification by the guest is required within 24 hours of the incident.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Additional Notes:

• At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on the check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, the price is subject to change.
• Guests may be asked to leave for unacceptable behavior or noise levels and will not be refunded for any remaining nights.
