Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. A deposit of USD 150.00 must be paid on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. This will be returned in full by credit card at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Any damages to hotel property will be charged a fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. Smoking Policy: The Majestic Hotel is entirely Non-Smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in a guest room or common areas. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, or anywhere on-site, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room or area on-site where smoking occurred. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. Rates are based on 2 people in the room. For additional guests, charges will apply. The extra person fee for 3rd and 4th person is USD 20 per person, per night. We are pleased to offer complimentary breakfast for up to two guests. If there are additional guests in the room, breakfast will be included in the extra person fee. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
